1. Free Shipping
  • We offer free shipping for all orders over $350 (CAD) within the Lower Mainland of Vancouver, BC. This policy applies to all items in stock, excluding special order items.

 

2. Shipping Charges for Orders Under $350
  • For orders totaling less than $350, a shipping fee of $50 (CAD) will be applied. This fee helps cover the costs of processing and delivering your order.

 

3. Special Order Items
  • Special order items may be subject to different shipping terms and conditions. Please contact us for specific details regarding shipping for these items.

 

4. Order Processing and Delivery Times
  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after the order is placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Delivery Time: Delivery for orders within the Lower Mainland of Vancouver, BC, typically takes 1-3 business days, depending on your location and order specifics.

 

5. Shipping Method
  • All deliveries are made via Suppliez Pro's shipping service to ensure that your order arrives safely and efficiently.

 

6. Damaged Items
  • Damaged Items: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Suppliez Pro, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. We understand, however, that there may be occasions when you need to return an item. Below are the details of our return policy:

 

1. Return Window
  • Stocked Items: Customers have up to 15 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for items that are regularly stocked by Suppliez Pro.

  • Special Order Items: Please note that special order items are not eligible for return. We encourage our customers to review their orders carefully before purchasing these items.

 

2. Condition of Returned Items
  • To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition that you received them. They must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a sellable condition. Items that have been used, damaged, or altered will not be accepted for return.

 

3. Return Authorization
  • All returns must be approved by Suppliez Pro prior to being sent back. To request a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.

 

4. Refunds
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a notification of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a 15 days.

 
5. Exchanges
  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

 

6. Shipping Costs for Returns
  • The customer is responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
